Mō te tūnga | About our Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Informatics professional to join us in this part time role (0.6 FTE). You will support the effective delivery and maintenance of the clinical information systems we use to enable the hospital to continue to be innovative and responsive to evolving clinical and business needs. You will be part of a team evaluating health information systems, participating in design, review and recommendations. You will work alongside clinical teams to translate frontline needs into practical system improvements, support implementation and adoption, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our clinical information systems enable safe, efficient, high-quality patient care.
Desired Skills and Experience

You will be an NZ Registered health professional with a current practicing certificate that allows you to practice in New Zealand. You will also have:
Post graduate education related to digital health or relevant health services management or be working towards achieving this
Clinical experience
Experience leading or participation in the implement of change in a clinical setting
The ability to work autonomously
Proactive and innovative approach to your work
Excellent supportive, engaging and positive team skills
Be an excellent communicator and facilitator
Be able to work with all our Hospital teams in all aspects of our service
