Job Description
Mō te tūnga | About our Role:
We’re looking for a Systems Analyst who is able to enhance and maintain the suite of applications and services across our organisation, including hospital clinical and business systems and business intelligence reporting systems. You will be accountable for eliciting information from the business to drive improved ICT offerings and will actively manage application suppliers.
There is plenty of variety in this role working across BAU and on a project basis, including application support, development of operational reporting, application upgrades, processes and procedure, application training material creation and training of staff.
This is a 0.6FTE role which also requires a contribution to rostered after hours.
Desired Skills and Experience

You will have relevant Service Industry and IT Business qualifications, business analyst experience and at least 5 years’ experience in customer centric user application support. The skills and experience we see as critical to your success are:

Technical knowledge around system design, configuration, testing cycles and user support.
SQL and databases
