Job Description
Mō te tūnga | About our Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse ready to lead with confidence to support seamless after-hours operations. Working as part of an amazing team, you will act as a role model within the hospital, promote exemplary clinical practice standards, and provide strong leadership to ensure effective afterhours coordination of service delivery. You will have a broad range of responsibilities ranging from clinical guidance, decision making, communication, and coordinating operational requirements after-hours.
When you join our team you will be professionally accountable for delivering outstanding patient care and ensuring a safe, supportive the environment for patients, their whānau, colleagues and visitors.
We have one permanent part time position (24hrs/fortnight) and one casual position available. Applicants for the permanent role must be available to work a rollover roster including weekends and night shifts. We offer our Nurses a regular roster pattern so they can enjoy a genuine family/work/life balance.

You will have recent leadership and extensive nursing experience and demonstrate advanced health assessment skills. You will also have:

Be an excellent communicator, facilitator and advocate for patients
