Job Description
Mō te tūnga | About our Role:
We are seeking a positive, highly motivated, dynamic person to lead and mentor our administration team. As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring our fabulous admin team are well supported and providing efficient, effective services in a busy service. Your attention to detail and process orientation will be of value as you identify and implement system and process improvements. This is a role where you can really make a difference to both the Cancer Care team and our patients.
Desired Skills and Experience

Proven leadership skills and a depth of administrative experience, preferably within a medical environment.
Demonstrated experience in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing change.
Able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
